New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn any other Act, in any instrument made under any Act or in any other instrument of any kind, except in so far as the context or subject-matter otherwise indicates or requires, a reference to the “Tourism Commission”, to the “Tourism Commission of New South Wales” or to the “NSW Tourism Commission” shall be read and construed as a reference to Tourism New South Wales constituted by this Act.
