TOURISM NEW SOUTH WALES ACT 1984 - SECT 20
Tourism New South Wales as Constructing Authority
For the purposes of section 81 of the Public Works Act 1912 ,
Tourism New South Wales shall be deemed to be a Constructing Authority.
