TRADE MEASUREMENT ADMINISTRATION ACT 1989 - SECT 25
Delegation
25 Delegation
(1) The Director-General may delegate to any person a function of the
Director-General exercisable under the Principal Act or this Act.
(2) The
Superintendent may delegate to any person a function of the Superintendent
exercisable under the Principal Act or this Act.
(3) A power of delegation
under this section may not itself be delegated under this section.
