New South Wales Consolidated ActsA person shall not sell any article:
(a) described by the person or the person’s servants or agents as being preservative treated, or
(b) described or presented by the person or the person’s servants or agents in such manner as to convey or be likely to convey to any person the impression that that article is preservative treated,unless every timber component part of the article is treated by means of an approved preservative treatment.
