TRADES HALL (TRANSFER OF LAND) ACT 1970 - SECT 7

7 Repeal of certain Acts

(1) The Trades Hall and Literary Institute Act of 1893 and the Trades Hall and Literary Institute (Amendment) Act 1916 are hereby repealed.

(2) Subsection one of this section shall commence upon a day to be appointed by the Governor and notified by proclamation published in the Gazette, being a day that is not earlier than the day on which a memorandum of transfer under section two of this Act is registered.
