TEACHER HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT 1975 - SECT 22

22 Financial year of the Authority

The financial year of the Authority shall be:

(a) where no period is prescribed as referred to in paragraph (b)-the year commencing on 1 July, or

(b) the period prescribed for the purposes of this section.
