Executor not liable for assets legally distributed
12 Executor not liable for assets legally distributed
An executor of a testator who has died prior to the passing of this Act shall
not under any circumstances be liable to any person claiming under this Act in
respect of any assets which such executor has lawfully distributed prior to
the passing of this Act.
