TECHNICAL EDUCATION TRUST FUNDS ACT 1967 - SECT 12

12 Effective date of orders

An order made by the Governor for the purposes of any of the provisions of this Act shall take effect upon the day on which it is published in the Gazette or, where some later day is specified in the order for the purpose, on that later day.
