New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA matter or thing done or omitted to be done by a Statutory Trustee who is an individual, or by a person acting under the direction of a Statutory Trustee (whether or not the Trustee is an individual) does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted in good faith for the purpose of executing this Act or any by-law made under this Act, subject the individual or person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
