(2) pursuant to an order under secs 8 (2) and 9 (3) of the Reprints Act 1972 No 48 (formerly Acts Reprinting Act 1972). Assented to 9.10.1972. Order dated 4.4.1979 and published in GG No 49 of 6.4.1979, p 1686, declaring that:
(a) the Technical Education Trust Funds Act 1967 is an enactment to which sec 8 (2) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies, and
(b) the Technical Education Trust Funds Act 1967, the definition of “Schedule” in sec 2 and the words “to this Act” in sec 6 (2) excepted, is an enactment to which sec 9 (3) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies.
