TRANSPORT EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT 1967 - SECT 52
Prescribed rate of interest
(1) For the purposes of this Act, the prescribed rate means four and
one-quarter per centum per annum or, where some higher rate is prescribed,
that higher rate.
(2) Different rates may be prescribed under this section
for the purposes of different provisions of this Act.
