New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA person who was, immediately before the commencement of this Act, a contributor within the meaning of the Railways Retirement Fund Act 1964 , shall, subject to this Act, become a contributor to the Fund in accordance with this Act as on and from the first day of the pay period applicable to him next following that commencement and the contributions that would, but for the repeal of the Railways Retirement Fund Act 1964 , have been payable on that day to the Railways Retirement Fund shall be paid to the Fund.
