9 Provision of financial accommodation from Corporation

Note: Section 10 of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987 provides that, subject to subsection (2) of that section, an authority (within the meaning of that Act) must not obtain financial accommodation otherwise than from the Corporation.
