TREASURY CORPORATION ACT 1983 - SECT 4B
Appointment of Chief Executive
(1) The Governor may, on the recommendation of the Treasurer, appoint a person
as the Chief Executive of the Corporation.
(2) Schedule 1 has effect with
respect to the Chief Executive.
