TREASURY CORPORATION ACT 1983 - SECT 10
Delegation
10 Delegation
(1) The Corporation may delegate to a person any of its functions, other than
this power of delegation.
(2) Section 49 of the Interpretation Act 1987
applies to a delegation under this section.
