TEACHERS' COLLEGE ACT 1912 - SCHEDULE

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 32 perches or thereabouts, Camperdown Ward, city of Sydney, parish of Petersham, county of Cumberland: Commencing at a point bearing north 23 degrees 56 minutes west and distant 5 chains 88 1/2 links from the northernmost corner of the site for Training College, as shown on plan catalogued Ms 2,879 Sy in the Department of Lands; and bounded thence by an arc of a circle of 20 chains radius, the chord of which bears north 46 degrees 50 minutes west 5 chains 55 1/2 links, and is situated on the south-west of said arc; thence by a line bearing north 19 degrees 9 minutes east 24 6/10 links; thence by an arc of another circle of 11 chains radius, the chord of which bears north 85 degrees 9 minutes east 2 chains 54 7/10 links, and is situated on the south of the said arc; thence by lines bearing south 87 degrees 24 minutes east 3 chains 92 6/10 links south 17 degrees 6 minutes east 3 chains 15 8/10 links and south 72 degrees 54 minutes west 3 chains 57 6/10 links to the point of commencement, as shown upon a plan in the Department of Lands catalogued Ms 3,561 Sy.

Being part of an area of 126 acres granted to the University of Sydney on the 18th January, 1855.
