New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Minister of Public Instruction may, on the land described in the Schedule
to this Act, construct buildings as a college for the training of teachers.
The possession, control, and management of the said land and buildings shall
be exclusively vested in the said Minister for the purposes of the said
college, and for no other purpose; and the college shall be governed by him.
