TREES (DISPUTES BETWEEN NEIGHBOURS) ACT 2006 - SECT 15
Failure to comply with order
15 Failure to comply with order
(1) A person must not fail to comply with any requirement imposed on the
person by an order under Part 2. Maximum penalty: 1,000 penalty units.
(2)
Proceedings for an offence under subsection (1) may be taken before the Court
in its summary jurisdiction.
