TECHNICAL AND FURTHER EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1990 - SECT 22X
Disciplinary action may be taken against person who ceases to be prohibited person
22X Disciplinary action may be taken against person who ceases to be
prohibited person
Nothing in this Part prevents a person who ceases to be a prohibited person,
and who is reinstated or re-employed under this Part, from being dealt with
under any other provision of this Act in relation to any matter related to the
reasons why the person was a prohibited person.
