TOTALIZATOR AGENCY BOARD PRIVATISATION ACT 1997 - SECT 25
Minister may direct transfer of parts of business undertaking of TAB subsidiary to other subsidiaries or to TAB
(1) The Minister may, by order in writing, direct that any part or parts of
the business undertaking of a TAB subsidiary (including anything transferred
under this Part) be transferred to another TAB subsidiary specified in the
order or to TAB.
(2) Part 9 applies to an order under this section.
