TOTALIZATOR AGENCY BOARD PRIVATISATION ACT 1997 - SECT 24
Minister may direct transfer of parts of TAB business undertaking to TAB subsidiary
(1) The Minister may, by order in writing, direct that any part or parts of
TAB’s business undertaking be transferred to a TAB subsidiary or TAB
subsidiaries specified in the order.
(2) Part 9 applies to an order under
this section.
