TOTALIZATOR AGENCY BOARD PRIVATISATION ACT 1997 - SECT 20

20 When Part applies

(1) This Part applies during any period after the conversion when a majority of the issued shares in TAB Limited are held by the State of New South Wales.

(2) A day may be appointed by proclamation for the purposes of the cessation of the operation of this section. If a day is so appointed, this Part ceases to apply on and from that day, despite subsection (1).
