Directors and meetings of TAB before conversion to company
10 Directors and meetings of TAB before conversion to company
(1) As from the commencement of this Part, TAB is to consist of at least 5
directors appointed by the Minister on such terms and conditions as are
determined by the Minister.
(2) Schedule 1 has effect with respect to the
directors and meetings of TAB.
