TRANSPORT APPEAL BOARDS ACT 1980 - SECT 2
Commencement
2 Commencement
(1) This section, section 1 and section 35 shall commence on the date of
assent to this Act.
(2) Except as provided by subsection (1), this Act shall
commence on 1 July 1980.
