TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION AND ACCESS) (NEW SOUTH WALES) ACT 1987 - SECT 18
Delegation by Ombudsman
The Ombudsman may delegate to another inspecting officer any of the
Ombudsman’s functions, other than:
(a) this power of delegation, and
(b) a
power to report to the Minister.
