Definitions

89 Definitions

In this Part:
"rail authority" means RailCorp, TfNSW, the Country Rail Infrastructure Authority, Sydney Metro or any other person or body prescribed by the regulations.
"State rail operator" means RailCorp or any other person or body prescribed by the regulations.
