Delegation of Director-General’s functions under this Part
68M Delegation of Director-General’s functions under this Part
The Director-General may delegate any of the Director-General’s functions
under this Part (other than this power of delegation) to a member of the
Transport Service or a member of staff of the Department of Transport.
