TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT 1988 - SECT 45
Chief Investigator
(1) The Governor, on the recommendation of the Minister, may appoint a
Chief Investigator of the Office of Transport Safety Investigations.
(2)
Schedule 2A contains provisions relating to the Chief Investigator.
(4) The
office of the Chief Investigator may be known as the Office of Transport
Safety Investigations.
