TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT 1988 - SECT 44
Functions of Advisory Board
(1) The Advisory Board has the following functions: (a) to provide advice to
the Minister on such matters as are referred to it by the Minister,
(b) to
provide advice to TfNSW on such matters as are referred to it by TfNSW,
(c)
such other functions as are conferred or imposed on it by or under this or any
other Act.
(3) The Advisory Board may, with the approval of TfNSW or the
Minister, undertake public consultation for the purpose of exercising its
functions.
