(2) The State Transit Authority shall continue to operate the bus services which were provided by the Urban Transit Authority immediately before the commencement of this section. (3) Subsection (2) does not limit the power of the State Transit Authority-- (a) to establish any new bus service, or (b) to alter or discontinue any of its bus services.
