Board to determine policies of RailCorp
14 Board to determine policies of RailCorp
(1) The RailCorp Board has the function of determining the policies of
RailCorp.
(2) In exercising that function, the Board is, as far as
practicable, to ensure that the activities of RailCorp are carried out
properly and efficiently.
