Regulations relating to bus and ferry services
104 Regulations relating to bus and ferry services
(1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the bus and
ferry services provided by the State Transit Authority.
(2) In particular,
the regulations may make provision for or with respect to: (a) the terms and
conditions on which passengers are carried, and
(b) the use of and access to
facilities or property owned by or under the control of the
State Transit Authority, and
(c) the protection and preservation of
facilities or property owned by or under the control of the
State Transit Authority, and
(d) security, safety and order on buses and
ferries, and
(e) the sale or other disposal of unclaimed goods and luggage in
the possession of the State Transit Authority and the disposal of the proceeds
of any such sale, and
(f) the standing or parking of vehicles on land vested
in the State Transit Authority.
