TRAVEL AGENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 9
Investigation of application
9 Investigation of application
(1) The Director-General may make such inquiries as the Director-General
considers necessary in relation to an application for a licence.
(2) The
Commissioner of Police shall, if the Director-General so requests, investigate
an application for a licence and shall, as soon as practicable after
completing the investigation, make a report on the investigation to the
Director-General.
