TRAVEL AGENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 51

Evidence

51 Evidence

(1) A certificate signed by the Director-General to the effect that a person specified therein was or was not, on a day or during a period so specified, the holder of a licence so specified is, without proof of the signature or of the official character of the person by whom it purports to have been signed, admissible in evidence in any proceedings and is evidence of the matters so certified.
(2) A certificate signed by the Director-General to the effect that a person specified therein was, on a day or during a period so specified, authorised for the purposes of section 44 or 45 is, without proof of the signature or of the official character of the person by whom it purports to have been signed, admissible in evidence in any proceedings and is evidence of the matters so certified.
