New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsNotwithstanding anything in any Act, proceedings for an offence against this Act, or for aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of such an offence, may be brought within the period of 3 years that next succeeds the commission of the offence or, with the consent of the Attorney General, at any later time.
