TRAVEL AGENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 35

35 Name to appear on documents
(1) A licensee shall not, in the course of carrying on business pursuant to
the licence, issue a letter, statement, invoice, cheque, receipt or other
document on which there does not appear in legible characters the name of the
licensee identified as such, whether or not the licensee is authorised by the
licence to carry on business under a name other than the name of the licensee.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) A reference in subsection (1) to the name of a
licensee includes, in the case of a licensee who carries on business in
partnership with another licensee or other licensees, a reference to the names
of all the partners.
(3) Subsection (1) does not affect the operation of
section 24 of the Business Names Act 2002 .
