Rights of review by the Tribunal
22 Rights of review by the Tribunal
(1) If the Director-General refuses to grant an application for a licence or
imposes conditions or restrictions to which a licence is to be subject, the
applicant or licensee may apply to the Tribunal for a review of the decision
of the Director-General.
(2) If the Director-General suspends or cancels a
licence or imposes a disqualification in accordance with section 21 (2), the
former licensee or the person disqualified may apply to the Tribunal for a
review of the decision of the Director-General.
(3) If an applicant, or a
prospective applicant, for a licence is refused participation in the
compensation scheme, the applicant or prospective applicant may apply to the
Tribunal for a review of the refusal.
(4) If the participation of a licensee
in the compensation scheme has been terminated otherwise than by the licensee,
the licensee, may apply to the Tribunal for a review of the termination.
