TRAVEL AGENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 10A
Director-General may refuse to grant licence in certain cases
The Director-General may refuse to grant a licence if the application for the
licence does not comply with section 8 or the applicant has not complied with
a requirement referred to in section 8 (6).
