TOTALIZATOR ACT 1997 - SECT 7
Conduct of totalizator by licensee not unlawful
(1) The conduct of a
totalizator by a licensee is not unlawful, despite the provisions of the
Unlawful Gambling Act 1998 , the Public Lotteries Act 1996 or any other Act or
law.
(2) In particular, the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 does not apply
to or in respect of any such conduct of a totalizator.
