Substantial shareholders to give notice to Minister
35 Substantial shareholders to give notice to Minister
(1) A person who is
required to give notice to a licensee under a provision of Part 6C.1 of the
Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth must give a copy of the notice to
the Minister within the time that the notice is required under that Act to be
given to the licensee. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2) A licensee
must notify the Minister in writing within 2 business days after it receives a
notice from a person under a provision of Part 6C.1 of the
Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth, informing the Minister of the name
and address of the person from whom the notice was received. Maximum penalty:
100 penalty units.
