TOTALIZATOR ACT 1997 - SECT 26
Updating of applications
26 Updating of applications
(1) If a change occurs in the information
provided in or in connection with an application for a licence before the
application is determined, the applicant must as soon as possible give the
Minister written particulars of the change verified by statutory declaration.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) Particulars of any change given by the
applicant are then to be considered to have formed part of the original
application for the purposes of the application of subsection (1) to any
further change in the information provided.
(3) This section does not apply
to a change in information if the Minister has notified the applicant in
writing that the Minister does not require particulars of any change in the
information concerned or does not require particulars of the type of change
concerned.
