New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsEvery delegation under this Part is taken to be a power of attorney within the meaning of the Powers of Attorney Act 2003 and that Act (with the exception of Part 3) applies to that delegation, whether the delegation was made before or after the commencement of that Act.
