(a) the Minister, the Corporation, or a director of the Corporation,
(b) a member of staff of the Department or of the Corporation,
(c) a person acting under the direction of a person referred to in paragraph (a) or (b),does not subject a director, member of staff or person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand if the act or omission was done, or omitted to be done, in good faith for the purpose of executing this or any other Act.
