Applications for compliance certificates
72 Applications for compliance certificates
(1) If an approval has been given with respect to land within the
Corporation's area of operations and the developer to whom the approval has
been given is required, or wishes, to obtain a compliance certificate, the
developer may apply to the Corporation for a compliance certificate.
(2) The
application must be accompanied by a copy of the approval.
