SYDNEY WATER ACT 1994 - SECT 19B
Review of certain decisions of Tribunal concerning operating licences
(1) The Corporation, if aggrieved by a decision of the Tribunal to take action
under section 19A in relation to the Corporation, may apply to the
Administrative Decisions Tribunal for a review of the decision.
(2) Section
53 (Internal reviews) of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Act 1997 does
not apply to such a decision of the Tribunal.
