SYDNEY WATER ACT 1994 - SECT 107

Repeals

107 Repeals

(1) The Water Board Act 1987 is repealed.
(2) All regulations and by-laws under that Act and the Metropolitan Water, Sewerage, and Drainage Act 1924 are repealed, except as provided in Schedule 9 to this Act.
