ALL THAT piece or parcel of land situate at North Sydney in the parish of Willoughby, county of Cumberland, containing an area of about 4 acres 18¼ perches being the land comprised in Conveyance Book 8 No 703 and Conveyance Book 102 No 53 EXCLUSIVELY of the area of 2¼ perches resumed for Electricity Purposes by notification in the Government Gazette of the 4th February 1927.
