Tribunal may not make order where title to land in question
199 Tribunal may not make order where title to land in question
(1) The
Tribunal may determine a question of title to land only for the purpose of
deciding a matter under this Part.
(2) Any determination under this section
does not have any force or effect except as provided by this Act.
