Owners corporation to construct and maintain letterbox
114 Owners corporation to construct and maintain letterbox
(1) An owners
corporation must construct and maintain at or near the street alignment of the
parcel a letterbox suitable to receive mail and other documents.
(2) The name
of the owners corporation is to be clearly shown on the letterbox.
