STRATA SCHEMES DEVELOPMENT ACT 2015 - SECT 61

61 Restrictions on issue of strata certificate

Despite any other provision of this Division, a registered certifier must not issue a strata certificate unless--

(a) the certifier complies with the regulations relating to the issue of strata certificates by a registered certifier, and

(b) the certifier is satisfied that any inspections prescribed by the regulations have been carried out.
